Get Set for the Spirit of Sport contains a mixture of exciting classroom based activities and practical activity ideas for three different age groups of young people aged between 10 and 14 years old. Engaging case studies are the ideal stimulus to support lesson activities and will challenge young people to consider their behaviour, and the behaviour of others. Resources are split into three different age categories and each age group contains a series of six lessons.
